Compete for the Title of Best in Edmonton!

Entry Fee: $20/person ($10 Venue fee is included in Entry Fee) – Venue fee covers entry computer time during tournament games. If you wish to play before the tournament begins, after or while you are not playing tournament games additional time on computers can be purchased from OverKlocked. OverKlocked also offers a special day-pass to anyone participating in the tournament for only $10 (Which is Valid for Saturday and Sunday)


1st place: 70% of Prize Pool
2nd place: 30% of Prize Pool

Tournament Structure:

Conquest Format
All matches will be best-of-five.
The first player to win three games within the match is considered the winner of the match and advances.
A player must win one game with each of their three decks to win the match.
When a player wins a game, the deck used by the winning player cannot be used for the remainder of the match.
The losing player can keep the same deck used or switch to a different one of their choice.
Players will be told what classes their opponent has available, but they won’t know which class is picked until both players have picked.
First to 3 (Best of 5)

Consolation Prize Tournament:

OverKlocked has donated a consolation prize for the players who are eliminated in the first round of the losers bracket.

The First round of players eliminated (or first 2 rounds if less that 4 players are in the first losers bracket) will compete for a consolation prize!

This mini-tournament will take place in Tavern Brawl!

Reporting Wins:

Once you have finished your Best of 5 with the opponent, come up to the front and report the match. While reporting please leave the victory screen on your computer.

Tournament Rules:

Decks – Each Player must select 3 classes they will be playing during the tournament.

Once a match has begun players will challenge each other. The challenge must not be ended until their series is completed. If a challenge is ended prematurely get a tournament admin. If the player who ended the challenge is attempting to alter his deck this will be considered an immediate loss.

No Ghosting. This is a Live-Event if people are attempting to get an advantage by having friends/players inform them of the others players hand/cards/deck the player(s) will be immediately disqualified.

Be Courteous – The tournament Admin reserves the right to eject a player/team if they are being abusive to any other player. We have zero tolerance policy for violence, and verbal abuse ejections will be at the discretion of the tournament admin.
